use_operation_from_file operation enhancement. Resolves #52 #57 #58

use_operation_from_file function should both be accessible through HTTP API and support extra parameters such as products in addition to models for operations which need them.

@jagalindo core's operation usage environment now supports configuration for operations for every configurable operation but Sampling. The rest is working, and I think the Sampling problem comes from the bdd_metamodel integration, so I would merge this and fix it later.
