Finalize new website design #37

The goal is to have an MVP of the new design that is good enough to ship :shipit: and replace the old one. If we strive for absolute perfection, we will never launch (see Voltaire, et al., or something). Once this is live, it will be much easier and less daunting to make incremental changes with small followup PRs. The goal of this PR is to replicate the old website. I have several suggestions to propose, but I think that should be done separately once this is live. The only thing I changed was I removed the very central, prominent link to Flamecon, as there is no ongoing event or anything to announce; thus I relegated Flamecon to the footer bar, and leveraged the prestigious, central position with a second GitHub link, as that is the most important icon we should clearly highlight, IMO.

We can, obviously, followup on that. Maybe someone more versed in design than me.

Not well (see last screenshot). I (or maybe @renancaraujo) can take a look as a followup. I think that should be the next priority.
