replaced custom template implementation with package:mason
converted simple template into brick
- fixed generated widget test to compile properly and pump game widget
generated a bundle from the brick (mason bundle bricks/simple -t dart -o lib/templates)

Awesome! Changes LGTM! Could we just have a small section on the READM explaining how to generate and update the bundles from the bricks?
