Apps aren't guaranteed to have a logo. If they don't, we should fall back to a generic image.

Example: Medieval Engineers - Mod SDK currently doesn't have a logo, but we still look for one at http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steamcommunity/public/images/apps/349110/.jpg
