Flameshot change windows resolution ratio when do screenshot after enable franctional scale. #3444

Flameshot 12.1.0

Description

I use Arch Linux, with GNOME 4.5 + Wayland.

I enable fractional scale use following gsettings command:

$: gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['scale-monitor-framebuffer']"

After reboot, i set the scale in the settings -> display to 125%.

Most of application work well in this mode, but flameshot is not, probably two screenshot can clearly describe what the issue is.

Following i will do FULL screen screenshot use both GNOME builtin tools(1) and flameshot(2)

screenshot1 use the GNOME builtin screenshot.

As you can see, flameshot zoom in on part of the screen, thanks.

I`m facing the same problem after enabling the Fractional Scalling on a ubuntu 20.04.

I`m using the last Flameshot version.

Flameshot v12.1.0 () Compiled with Qt 5.11.3 linux: 5.15.0-91-generic ubuntu: 20.04

I confirm exact same problem after enabling fractional scaling and set to 150% on Debian 12 wayland

Similar problem here, using 150% scaling on Hyprland
