Release "Hold" Button when drawing with pen #18

First of all: This is an awesome project, thanks for starting and maintaining it :-)

No to my issue: I don't seem to be able to release a button set to "Hold" while drawing with the pen. The button just stays activated until I finish the brush stroke and lift the pen from the surface.

This feature would be super useful for working in zBrush. Right now, when working with a regular keyboard you would first press the alt-key, then hold down the left mouse button, or in case of a pen put the tip to the surface, and start drawing. Once you release the alt-key you enter the zoom mode while controlling the zoom distance with the mouse or pen.

That is quite odd. The way you're describing the behaviour seems to correspond to a "toggle" button (which acts like an on/off button) instead of a "hold" button (which activates only as long as you touch it).

That said, the wanted behaviour here can probably be implemented without too much trouble. I'll look into it.

It seems to also apply to a button set to "Toggle" as long as the pen touches the surface I am not able to change the toggled state. Thanks for looking into it :-)

Edit: I investigated further into this phenomenon and noticed, that it seems to be a problem of windows in general, where simultaneous stylus and touch input is rejected. I opened a question on answers.microsoft.com in hope to get a solution for this.
