Fix #416 - Double Encoding causing Chat Archives with spaces in their names Inaccessible #439

Thanks to @fotoply who delved deeper and noticed the issue being the double encoding going on turning %20 into %2520.

Note: This will only make it possible to have newly created archives have spaces. This will not fix already broken archives which are double encoded. Those require a manual override or introducing a double de-encoding.
