DF Chat Enhancements: Simple Calendar Timestamps error #447

When using the "Use Simple Calendar for Chat Timestamps" option, the feature works fine until the page is reloaded, at which point the hour, month, and day are all off (hour is two hours ahead, month goes back 1 month, day jumps forward 2 weeks). Have no idea why it happens, and another reload sometimes fixes the problem, but the display is so erratic that it essentially makes the feature unusable.

Tested on PF2e system version 4.6.8, Foundry v10 build 291

This remains an issue using PF2e 4.11.2, v10.291.
