Describe the bug The build process gets interrupted by nonexistent $ZIP when running this part of the Makefile with voikko support disabled. https://github.com/flammie/omorfi/blob/main/src/Makefile.am#L1369
The existence of 'zip' is only checked when voikko support is enabled: https://github.com/flammie/omorfi/blob/main/configure.ac
