SlashBlade Rendering Issue (1.10.2, r17) #24

Whenever I am using a SlashBlade weapon or a mob drops it, I get a crash like this: http://pastebin.com/EFg7RiPt

Note I am using OptiFine, however, this was not an issue previously when I had OptiFine with this.
