Translation and optimization based on the SlashBlade's translation.

I try to find the github of ex_blades, but I can't find it. Place tell me, I want to make localization for it too.

I have used the language file in ex_Blade.jar to translate exblade mod, here is a question. What is the difference between the json file and lang, and under what circumstances will the blade name in lang be used.
