Create symlinks for dotfiles #2

Allow for an easy deploy of dotfiles with symlinks, e.g. gnu stow

Dotfiles will be moved to https://github.com/flanaras/dotfiles. The purpose of this repository will be to install applications in openSUSE and not how to configure them.
