Panning with ALT + scroll gesture doesn't work on Windows notebook trackpad #566

The default way to pan the circuit view by ALT + scroll gesture seem to not work on Windows notebook trackpads.

ALT on Windows transfers focus to the main menu. Changed modifier for Windows to CTRL.
