Wire distortion when creating horizontal junction #627

In certain situations, the layout algorithm creates unnecessary deviations in the origin wire when creating a horizontal junction.

The problem occurs if the mouse pointer is slightly below the wire corner, and the direction of the vertical wire segment gets chosen to determine the preferred layout direction for the wire being split.
