Add more signal name formatting examples #703

When wanting to use underscores in a tunnel name, I discovered that there are more formatting possibilities than documented, so I guessed a few more and added them to the user manual.

The last part of the patch is GitHub's online ADOC editor automatically removing trailing whitespace from files.

Unfortunately, I maintain the sources of these user manual pages in another (private) repository and copy them here whenever I publish a release. I could manually add your changes to that other private repository, but there is another issue with that approach that I'd like to discuss with you directly.
