Jumping signal flow animation after setting speed to zero #706

Szenario:

Menu Simulation -> Animation enabled
Start simulation with speed category "Explore"
Signal flow animations are displayed
Set speed slider to 0 while signal flow animations are flowing
Signal flow animations come to a halt => OK
Increase speed slider to a value > 0, but still within category "Explore"
Signal flow animations jump to a location further along the wire => NOK

Signal flow animations should just continue to flow from the location where they came to a halt.
