Unexpected error if workspace directory doesn't exist any more #776

Scenario:

Start Antares
Open a workspace on a non-standard directory
Close Antares
Delete the workspace directory
Start Antares => Unexpected error.

In this scenario, Antares should fallback to the standard directory.
