(Chrome) Web circuit viewer not zoomed to fit iframe size #781

Web pages containing Antares Web circuit viewers embedded as frames don't zoom to display the entire circuit with Chrome browser.

Not reproducible with Safari.

Cannot reproduce in DEV on current master.

The problem occurs in Chrome if the user changes the browser's zoom factor AFTER having opened a page containing an Antares circuit. If he changes the browser's zoom factor BEFORE opening the page, the circuit is displayed correctly.

This is the case with Chrome both on macOS and on Windows.
