I have conflicts with the master branch in PR959 that prevents me to explore drone.io build issues. So I have opened this PR959 clone rebased on the master to test drone.io link time issues. This is not a PR meant to be review/merged.

Testing finished. Drone.io integration tests passed when building flang with clang + libstdc++ instead of clang + libc++.
