Playbooks - Support multiple configs #1099

i.e add a new table playbook_run_configs with a type field e.g. 'input', 'param', 'generated'

Used in conjunction with https://github.com/flanksource/config-db/issues/654 to link config items created by playbook to the run

Not sure if it would make sense to create PlaybookRun config items instead
