k8s with flanneld cause DUP ACK and RETRANSMISSION #1217

My k8s cloud has 3 nodes and 1 master, i suffer from DUP ACK and RETRANSMISSION in cni ethernet but not flanneld ethernet. There is more DUP ACK than RETRANSMISSION. This lead to network unreachable, but it can be reach by other node ip.

Expected Behavior

network is always reachable.

Current Behavior

network is not reachable.

Same problem but on backend: host-gw
