Looks good! We need to reflect new prominent features in the README file as well. K8s as storage is there already, so what I would suggest is:

"Adding OpenVPN users (generating certificates for them)" should be changed to "Adding, deleting, and rotating OpenVPN users";
"Specifying the Kubernetes LoadBalancer if it's used in front of the OpenVPN server ..." → "Specifying the Kubernetes LoadBalancer(s) if they are used in front of the OpenVPN server ...".
