spec/resources/metrics_spec.rbspecifying the interfaces - add code so the tests pass
- copy the pact files to flapjack maint/1.x and ensure they're passing too

Once this PR is merged - https://github.com/flapjack/flapjack/pull/828 - we'll need to add the endpoints to diner.
