Feature/send perfdata #5

This pull request gives flapjackfeeder the ability to send perfdata for host and service checks through to the redis event queue for flapjack.

I've merged this into https://github.com/flpjck/flapjackfeeder/tree/feature/send_perfdata and made the requisite changes to get it merging, after #6 moved stuff around. When that's merged in we can close this PR.
