Redis listens globally by default #101

In the current wheezy version of flapjack, the bundled redis daemon listens publicly by default. This appears to be hardcoded at https://github.com/flapjack/omnibus-flapjack/blob/1f97e5377ba6b46e0fe715490d09cafe1df2d2f1/dist/etc/redis/redis-flapjack.conf#L4

It also doesn't appear to be configurable
