[blizzard] some Overwatch stats broken #60

Likely due to 3rd party API changes. Need to take a look and update the cog.

The blizzard cog is pretty much completely dead in the water at this time. I have marked it as hidden on the v3 repo at this point and may be able to revisit it in the future.
