MFR-132 Make ability score adjustments automatic

Description Any changes to ability scores should be recalculated automatically without having to go into the Ability Score Dialog box.

Why should this be added? Multiple players in my campaign have forgotten to reapply abilities after removing magical items, resulting in incorrect abilities. It is a distraction from the campaign to have to remember this technical nuance.
