Version number of the sheet v13.1.16+230412

Steps to reproduce Changes "Tool" in original list to "Mason's Tools".

I tried to manually change the value and the skill mods value. Nothing tallies with the Skill Mod adjustment and sheet will not allow a manual change to the main value.
