Update github actions to run notebooks first before converting to docs. That way we'll have the nice images generated by our notebooks :)

Cool thing! I'll have to put in a bit of work to beautify my spaghetti code in local generator to make it understandable. Do we have any reasonable way to also document the rust code using nbdev?
