Thanks for posting the cause, unfortunately I do not know a time where I will ever be able to look into this, especially as I use regular account which works fine unlike a workspace account. Apologies.

Thank you for the help, and yeah, I was opening, not to fill you with work, but to leave as if anyone wants to pick up if they find the same problem. As you told me before.
Alternative to leave open to anyone who wants to try: Custom SMTP Support.
Lately, it stopped working, I tried doing a new App Password and everything, but it always gives “Username and Password not accepted.” even though it is all corrected. I know the cog is given as is. But could some update have caused it?
