AGN grids need to store lists of torus and disc parameters #26

There are TODOs in Synthesizer which are actually grid issues. These state that torus and disc parameter lists should be extracted from attributes stored on the Grid.

Solution:

Attach these lists to the AGN grids when writing out. Then read them in on the Synthesizer side.
