blackhole generating scripts now use the updated arguments introduced in #48
all models have been rewritten to use parameter files to define the specific grid axes

NOTE: the AGNSED and RELAGN models require the use of the relagn module. Unfortunately this is not PIP installable and so it is necessary to manually clone to working directory. relagn also requires a working installation of the xspec library. While we could invest to make these work automatically I don't think there is any point.
