More cloudy improvements

Additional, mostly minor improvements to cloudy input grid and synthesizer reprocessed grid creation.

NOTE: this requires the add_cloudy23 branch of synthesizer which is currently in PR (as of 09/04/24).

• Removal of many old parameter files.
• Addition of a "test suite" of parameter files.
• Update of linelist.dat. This is the list of lines that we ask cloudy to save in the ".elin" files. This new list has been compiled by including all lines that have a luminosity at least 1% of H-beta for high and low metallicity SPS models and AGN models. Many of these lines (e.g. high-ionisation lines) will be very faint for SPS models but keeping them allows comparisons.
• Added ability to provide two parameter files when creating cloudy input grids. This is useful for running variants but keeping a single set of defaults.
• Aligned with the changes in add_cloudy23.
• Handful of minor docstring improvements.

What's the reason for removing c23.01-sps_ionisation_parameter.yaml ?

What's the reason for removing c23.01-sps_ionisation_parameter.yaml ?

For now I've consolidated all the variations in a test suite. However, I can imagine having full production runs varying ionisation_parameter so you could put it back.

running create_cloudy_input_grid in main doesn't work for me, but running code on this branch does work
