In addition to the previous PRs, this one brings similar changes to other smaller areas. Commits are split in a readable group of changes. The accumulated changes simplify the experience of designing/customizing the layout.
Using flexbox and grid on the tags page.
Using flexbox on the index toolbar.
Using flexbox on the user card/hero, and adds item lists for easier extensibility/modification.
Uses grid on the post layout, and improves the spacing by dropping the negative value used.
Uses flexbox on the button layout.
