Agreed. There should be a management panel that allows for the admin to select anonymisation or deletion based on the requirements. As discussed, some data MAY need retention for legitimate interests (such as bans)

For starters, we could just have 2 buttons, maybe?

I think so. It's very little extra effort to include this, I feel. If the forum owner only wants one or the other available to the request processors, for example
