Consider dropping extension ID #139

This came up as https://github.com/flarum/core/pull/2058

While shorter and more convenient for extension page URLS, the extension ID system mapping is not injective (multiple extensions might have the same ID), which kinda diminishes value as an ID system. The full packagist package name might be more sensible to use.
