Allow jumping to the first unread post through the scrubber #146

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, if you visit a discussion that you partially read in the past, through its canonical link (thus landing on the first post), it's not possible to jump to the first unread post.

Describe the solution you'd like

Clicking on "351 UNREAD" in the scrubber should jump to the first unread message.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can't think of other ways to do this, even though there's the problem that when there are few unread posts in a long discussion, it becomes hard to click or even read the "X UNREAD" text:

I'd say that's an issue in and of itself: even is the highlighted portion of the bar is low, the text shouldn't be getting cropped. If that text was a link, it would work quite well I think
