Linkable headings does not work

Linkable headings do not work correctly. Link to the title like Link simply reloads the page on the discussion page, and does nothing on the page created with the Pages extension

• Is there a way to only enable heading slugs for the first post in a discussion? I think that would be better than enabling it for all, as that would raise the risk of conflicts
• We'd probably need to handle scrolls ourselves, since the headings with IDs wouldn't render immediately, so I doubt the browser scroll would handle it. Any implications for pagination?

That being said, I think this would be really, really nice to have: it would enable a ToC extension and better enable Flarum to be used for wikis/docs (and probably a few other use cases).
