[Mobile] Total count of posts does not update when new posts appear #167

Bug Report

Current Behavior Total count of posts on top bar does not update when new posts appear. So it actually shows something like "123 of 121 posts". Only on mobile, works as expected on desktop ui.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a discussion on two devices, one of them a mobile, and scroll all way down
  2. Create some posts on the other device
  3. Wait on the mobile until they appear
  4. See error: 123 of 121 posts

Expected Behavior Current post number should always be less than or equal to the total post count

This issue is not present only on mobile and seems be created from a topic I started on discuss https://discuss.flarum.org/d/25769-beta-15-wrong-numbers-of-posts

In Beta 15 numbers of post are wrong for guests but also for users. Now every Flarum community that updated to Beta 15 has this issue described on discuss.

I'm following this issue and hope for a fix. Thank you very much for your work.
