Dropdown menu partially is hidden #186

Bug Report

Current Behavior When having a particularly small screen (in height, not in width), dropdown menus can get partially hidden by the app header.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. See screenshot (pay attention to the size of the viewport, changed with Developer Tools)

Expected Behavior All the options of the dropdown menu should be visible.

I'll add that a similar issue affects screens that are narrow as well (e.g phone). For instance, if you search for something and there are enough search results to go all the way to the bottom of the screen, you will be unable to scroll within the dropdown.

Got swamped with work stuff. I am still up for taking this on but not sure when I will get to it. If someone else comes along and wants to take this feel free. Sorry for the delay guys.
