I was able to reproduce this as well on accident by bringing my dev tools window up a bit which forced the drop-down to hide under groups like so:

Unlike the forum tags drop-down, I also noticed that each of these items/tags on this page's drop-down don't have any associating classes assigned to them 🤔 it should be item-tag1, item-tag2, etc.
