Goerli will be closed very soon - it's time to add Sepolia support for mev-share too.

Goerli will be closed very soon - it's time to add Sepolia support for mev-share too.
The Sepolia network is supported by Flashbots for testing purposes, but this package does not provide the proper configuration for it.
