Robert searcher onboarding edits #69

Made the intro more verbose and specific about what searchers need to get onboarded

Open to suggestions on what else to include. I thought another addition could be how we score bundles.

The plan is to review/edit content in this onboarding guide and then split it up in docusaurus.
