Tutorials Overhaul

This PR will be broken up into a few pieces. All based on this DIP-002

• [x] Overhaul the "Deploy A Contract" page to be local-first and use suave-geth spell
• [x] Introduce new page to emphasise onchain-offchain programming model in detail
• [x] Introduce new page to illustrate next stepp in building a SUAPP after emitting logs and understanding the programming model. Will be done after further consultation with @ferranbt about which suapp-pattern is most illustrative. Do we go full app-ofa-private and then how-to-store-a-pvt-key-and-do-cool-stuff-with-it? Or leave the onchain-offchain where it is and introduce confidential storage with the pvt key example?

TODO in follow up PRs, detailed in DIP003 and DIP004.

Remember to add information to the offchain-http page in "Concepts" section. I would really appreciate it if @dmarzzz or @ferranbt could take a first run at what absolutely should be on this page, which I can then refine and edit.

This PR requires https://github.com/flashbots/suave-geth/pull/230 to land before it can be merged, as that has the alterations needed for spell to work as documented.
