Addresses Adrien's Feedback #76

Still to be discussed with @dmarzzz and @ferranbt:

  1. GOPATH and whether to use asdf to specify a particular version of Golang.
  2. forge build warnings and whether we should attend to them.
  3. rename cltAcct1 to userAccount and cltAcct2 to searcherAccount in MEV-Share example.
  4. Get rid of bid, lol :innocent:
  5. Explain this eth_executionAddress more clearly, I'm not quite sure how to.
