Add v0 toliman specs #86

  2. Anything @dmarzzz and I decide absolutely does need to change before EthCC

@dmarzzz we definitely do need to update some stuff. Notes here:

  1. Does the bridge go to Holesky now too? I do not have access to suave-bridge and so cannot check this. I also think we should likely remove links to non-public repos?
  2. We need to update the README quite a lot:
    1. I removed "Goerli" from "Toliman provides a live, Flashbots-hosted test network for rapid prototyping that uses ETH for gas" but this is when it struck me that I'm not sure if we updated this when moving stuff to Holesky.
    2. Added some stuff about TEEs with useful links.
    3. Removed the SGK-closeness Design Goal. In general, we should re-write that Design Goals section.
    4. Removed Decision 2 and 4 from Design Decisions. We also nee to re-write this section though, imo.
    5. I wonder if the Example Flows are still what we want to include in this README? We changed quite a bit about them over the course of Rigil, and should likely update them to reflect those changes.

Have added the bare minimal diagramatic changes required for the docs updates. Will get this merged and leave the other items for later discussion with @dmarzzz when back from vacation and post-EthCC.

One more thing to consider based on my work here:

  1. Redo ccRequest diagram to be more clear + include new 712 stuff.
