Add alternative time formats to .addkd and .chkd:

[x] UTC date/time: [uU]%Y-%m-%d-%H[:.]%M[:.]%S
[x] Time relative to now: [nN]\+?(((%d:)?%h:)?%m:)?%s
[x] Time relative to current countdown time (.chkd only): [cC]?[-+](((%d:)?%h:)?%m:)?%s
