Add U2DS, change pk3ds #30

U2DS appears to be a DSTT clone which boots from u2ds.dat. I have added the U2DS v1.7c kernel to the archive as well as the BandBrosDX savefix U2DS were also distributing. Only modifications I have made to the files are removing usrcheat.dat and changing the encoding on 读我.txt.

Changed pk3ds.org to pk3ds.com. No clue where I got pk3ds.org from, must have come to me in a dream.

pk3ds.org and pk3ds.com are practically the same domains (allegedly).

ah gotcha, I couldn't find any archive of pk3ds.org specifically so I wasn't entirely sure about it
