Adding revision to documentation to include 'use-package' installation instructions.

Hi,

I added instructions to install from MELPA in this commit: 858cc2f90fc16a1b9a2fe8d20472f3e9becff708 So I close this PR.

@flashcode But most people use 'use-package' to deploy packages. Is it possible to just include this as a note, since it actually helps people in this context?

I mention this because I really hate it when packages don't mention how to use 'use package' by default.

I think it can only be beneficial. Please consider reopening this as I think it's silly not to at least include this by default.
