The custom noteskins menu has been replaced by 3 buttons:

A button that leads to the website's noteskin editor.
A button that allows users to import noteskin JSON strings for use.
A button that copies the data of the custom noteskin currently in use to the user's clipboard.

Don't forget to announce these changes in the translations channel so they can be ready for new release whenever that is. :P
